Supporting your independence is central to what I do; whatever your level of experience, every posture will be adapted to work for you, giving you a solid start and a path to progress. 

Weekly Open Level Class

A friendly yoga class with a focus on supporting you to deepen your practice at your own pace.

Each four-week sequence of classes has a theme, each class follows the arc of warm-up, flow and restoration. 

The class is mixed in all senses, all are welcome and every pose is offered with options and can be adapted.

Please bring your own mat.

£10 for a 90 minute, in-person class at the

One to one

One to one teaching can help if you are new to Yoga and want to move to a studio class in the longer term or are looking to use the benefits of yoga in a way specific to your needs. Options include a regular class, a short, targeted course or one-off session.
