Service Description

Practice in the Park! Breath deep in the fresh air and enjoy a 75 minute class to calm the mind and bring strength and flexibility to the body. We practice according to the temperature; so we seek shade if the sun is strong and don't linger in relaxation if it's chilly. Practice is to suit all levels as poses are always provided with options and adaptations. Dates for July 2022: Tues, July 5th Tues, July 12th Tues, July 19th Tues, July 26th Let me know if you need a mat/props and I'll bring them along, no charge!
